A dear friend of mine left Madison last fall. She has enjoyed traveling for six months. But now she is ready to settle down again. We were chatting the other day about a possibility she is considering, when she said, “Wish me luck.”
I offered support, but also pondered, “I wonder what a good luck mandala would look like.” The above mandala and breath meditation is what showed up for me as I meditated on good luck.
When we listen deeply to our inner wise self, we connect with our Truth. When we align with our inner truth, we are able to be authentic. Everything we do feels good – the same way we feel when we feel lucky.
Breathing in I listen deeply to my inner wise self.
Breathing out “good luck” is inherent in all I do.
